# Affiliate Terms
Inviter Threshold: To become an eligible inviter, an address must hold a Pass and have deposited at least 100,000 BET into the primary Liquidity Pool.
Bonus Rates:
* Direct Staking: 7% of all native tokens deposited by your invitees.
* Direct Betting: 0.5% of the platform edge from every bet placed by your invitees.
#### Service Bonus Limits
Daily claims are capped at the lower of 10% of your current LP principal or the global hard cap of 12,000 BET.
#### Monotony Guard
Recorded bonuses in the Pass NFT can only increase; the protocol strictly prohibits the reduction of earned rewards.
#### Atomic Execution
Referral rewards are calculated and recorded by the Core contract atomically at the moment of the bet or deposit, ensuring 100% accuracy.
#### Soulbound Status
Pass NFTs are non-transferable and non-burnable; membership is permanent and tied for life to the minting address.
V1 Legacy Terms for existing Matching and Direct Bonus:
## **MAIN TERMS OF AFFILIATE MEMBER LIFECYCLE:**
1. **Users can be affiliated only by an active affiliate member.**\
\- It is not possible to become a member without being affiliated.\
\- **Affiliation of new members is not mandatory.**
2. **To become eligible for inviting new members and direct affiliate rewards:**\
\- The user has to fill qualification for direct affiliate.
3. **To become eligible for a binary matching bonus.**\
\- The user has to qualify for the binary affiliate.
