🔐Security aspects
Partner contract is fully audited and secured already when deployed. However critical part of business operational security is partner's OPSEC (operation security). If you own partner contract and your wallet private key is leaked your earnings might be stolen each time you generate it. In such case partner contract becomes worthless.
Purchase Trezor or Ledger hardware wallet
Always purchase the hardware wallet from certified reseller in your local market
Use proper way of seed backup
We recommend metalic tabs and engraving the seeds on it
Use SHAMIR BACKUP seed instead of classical seed phrase.
That gives you an opportunity to distribute seed into more than one location.
We recommend shamir 2/3 or 3/5
Never make any digital backup in any device
Prepare backup device in case of loss or demage.
It might be hard to restore your device, we recommend to have at least one backup device which is well stored
Protect your hardware wallet by strong pin.
We recommend at least 6 digits for operational and 10 digits for backup device
Don't make it easy to guess..
Use a multisig wallet
We recommend to use safe.global multisig contract that can be an owner of the Partner contract
That gives you the opportunity to sell the partner contract in case you decide or transfer its ownership
This protect you from physical attack for contract owner.
We recommend 2/3 quorum
