Who owns and operates the Betfin?
Betfin is not owned or operated by any single entity as it is an autonomous web3 application that is being developed, operated and promoted by the Betfin community.
All decisions are being made based on Betfin governance
All revenues from Betfin are distributed among staking users so there is no single owner of the project.
Can I speak to someone from Betfin?
You can reach the community via discussion in Github -

Remember that if anyone contacts you as Betfin support, it is not true!
Can I join the Betfin team?
Yes, anyone from the Betfin community can participate in the project. Reach the Betfin support or github discussion with your abilities.
Do not spam any public group with your offers
Is the project legal and what is its legal status?
From the legal point of view, Betfin is a public platform that allows community members to use smart contracts with pre-defined functions and rules. Therefore there is no relation between the user and Betfin but only a relationship between users through public Betfin smartcontracts.
It is your sole responsibility to find out whether participation in such contracts is legal.
Is there KYC on Betfin?
Betfin does not enforce any KYC but it is possible that certain partner in Betfin ecosystem would require standard KYC process according to the local regulations. Betfin itself is decentralized application that has no option how to enforce KYC or even store users personal data.
