Those partner tarif can execute immutable partner contracts

TERMS

• Tariff price is one time setup fee you paid to CORE contract.

• Betfin may change the partner tariff conditions at any time without any prior notice

  • Betfin is not obliged to announce tarif change publicly but all changes are public records in blockchain

• Partner is not able to upgrade from one tariff to another

  • New tariff has to be purchased if you want to change terms.

• Betfin can not block or blacklist the partner contract. It is technically impossible.

• Partner can use the Betfin brand or its own brand

• Anyone except partner contract owner can claim the revenues from the contract

• Partner ccontract is non-transferrable to any other owner but can be owned by multisig contract which ownership can be transferred

• You can not finish the contract - if you wish to stop, then block the UI that would allow your users to access the betfin platform

• There is no limit for time or territory in terms of the technical solution.

• By purchasing a license you are increasing the Partners poolwhich is hold by Core contract
• Partner is being paid out of the winning fees in case of conservative games and from Core contract ( which holds the Partner pool reserve) in case of any staking or lotto games.
• Games and staking renumeration means percent share per volume produced. Users revenue or bet result has no impact for the partner.

• Partner holds no financial responsibility for users winnings, staking payout etc

• Partner does not have to proceed with any steps to execute bets or staking payout
