Following table describes all the combinations possible in the BetFin roulette and its payout ratio pre-defined in the roulette contract
As you can see all Roulette combinations has a RTP (return to player) ratio of 97,3% which means that 2,7% is long term profit to dynamic staking. You can check the relationship to dynamic staking in Dynamic Staking Example

This contract creates table and coordinates bets among them
Roulette limits per each table can be changed by quorum of core contract
There can be unlimited number of active tables but each round on each table has its limitations due to blockchain scalability limitations.
Max combinations per 1 bet: 37
Maximal bets in 1 round: 50
Note: Waiting time for generation of random number: usually 5-30 seconds but it might differ as BetFin has no control over it. Check on Random Number Generation
